Welcome to Day 1 of our Yoga for Skater Series. This is the follow up to our introductory full body yoga class on the 2nd August. Today we focus on hips, hamstrings and extremities.

This workshop was created for Playtone UK students. We focused on chest opening sequences to length front body while massaging back body. Next we heated up those hips and glutes with balanced side body stretch and leg variations for intensity.. Detoxifying, clarifying and invigorating. Let's play!
