We began as a hoop event with a twist, and now we are back with all the same play we just added a cheery on top!
This workshop is about moving with intention, musicality and elegance.
We will focus on finding your body confidence, using the hula hoop as a element of expression. Freedom to take up space on and off the dance floor.
This is hooping 2.0, be inspired to dance like you want to.
Roller Hoop
Skates + Hoop = An Epic Experience
Roller hoop dance combines the art of roller skating with the manipulation of hoops, in playful expression. It involves using hoops while on skates, incorporating tricks, spins, and hip shaking movements that allows you to move with dynamic freedom and wild abandonment.

Water ME is an elemental workshop of two parts
Before we can glide through water like mythical sea queens, we start where all true transformation begins — on land, with the breath.
In this visually stunning, sensory-rich practice, we begin by grounding the nervous system through intentional breath-work and slow, fluid movements that awaken the spine, hips, and heart. Think sensual stretches and sassy spirals that mimic the ebb and flow of the tide — all designed to calm your body and invite your playful, feminine energy to rise.
As your breath deepens and your body softens, we explore onshore movement rituals to build the grace and strength needed for aquatic flow. These land-based sequences aren’t just prep — they’re a mermaid’s secret weapon: moving with ease, joy, and full-body awareness.
Then, when we slip into the pool, it’s not about swimming — it’s about sensuality, rippling, and reclaiming the magic of movement. A celebration of the senses, of play, and of being seen.
Silk Veil Fans Workshop: Sensual Flow & Embodied Confidence

In this luscious, slow-moving workshop, we use silk veil fans as our tool for presence, poise, and playful power. This class invites you to explore movement as a language, one that speaks confidence, intention, and grace.
